Call for end to Birmingham schools' traffic carnage

I have a suggestion. Indeed I've been suggesting it for many years, but getting councillors to listen is impossible. They are unable to think outside the metal box.
Coun Maureen Cornish (cons, Sutton Four Oaks) said: “we have this problem with harassment of residents, inconsiderate parking, I don’t know what we’re going to do long term.”
