Here's the picture from Google Maps. Note the cycle-paths, which are what enable children of all ages to cycle like this. It's not perhaps obvious, but these are primary school aged children. Between 5 and 11 years old. Primary schools often make trips by bike, to the city centre, to villages outside the city, to sport facilities, to natural areas...
